I had to share here..
My husband and I ditched sugar, gluten, rice, pasta, potatoes.. and are right now eating meat, low carb veggies and dairy. This is the first time for my partner and he transitioned extremely well!!! He noticed that his severe inflammation went down within 48 hours.
