I have always loved baking, and it is always a goal of mine to make people happy - so why not do it al together? I can make a variety of items, all kinds of cookies and pies, some things I've put together myself, many from recipes - always from scratch! I have no decorating talent, I unfortunately can't decorate really cool cupcakes and fancy cakes - but I have always made yummy treats none-the-le

ss! I can do large batches, for parties or office meetings or gatherings you don't have time to bake goodies for, or I can do simple batches for families who want something a little more genuine than you can find at the grocery store! A quick list of items:

Cream cheese crust,
Cream cheese layer on the bottom,
Strawberry/rhubarb filling

I took a step back from baking for a little while - then recently made a batch of these bad boys for a fundraiser for Victim Services. I realized how much I a) love baking!! and b) love that someone will haul it away when I'm done creating, so it doesn't sit here and stare at me, daring me to eat it!! lol
I made these last year during the Christmas season, for the potlucks I went to and for my own family dinner, and they went over SO well!! Apple Crisp Cups!! I realize it's a little close to Christmas, but if anyone wants some fresh baked goods, lemme know!!

Turtle Cheesecake!! Omg I love it! It looks way nicer than the White Chocolate one from yesterday! Way sweet though!

Welcome everyone!! Many people have raved about my baking - and with my stacked schedule, this seems like the best form of networking! Any of my baked creations are homemade, in my own kitchen! I will continue to add recipes to the list, but if you don't see what you're looking for or have a favorite that isn't listed, let me know. If I don't have a trusted recipe, I will FIND one!
