This vintage-inspired wedding cake was the perfect addition to a gorgeous celebration overlooking the water. Classic piped details, timeless elegance, and a whole lot of love went into this one. 💍🌊🎂

A cake with a little extra meaning behind it. 💙

This cake was designed to look like an AA sobriety chip—a symbol of courage, commitment, and another day choosing sobriety.

There are some milestones that deserve to be celebrated in a way that feels truly personal, and I was honoured to create this one. 🎂✨

🍗 Is it cake… or is it KFC? 🍗

This one might have you doing a double take. 😂

A life-size, realistic bucket of fried chicken… except every single piece is actually CAKE! 🎂

The “chicken” pieces are made from cake pop mix, shaped by hand and coated in graham cracker crumbs to create that crispy, fried-chicken look. 🍗✨

And yes… it’s completely edible!

I absolutely love cake designs that make people stop and wonder, “Wait… what am I looking at?” 😂

This was definitely one of those cakes! ❤️

Star shaped cakes! This is the first time I’ve bought a new cake pan shape or size since the heart shaped cakes gained popularity last year!

It takes a village… 💛

That beautiful idea of surrounding a child with love, support and the people who will help guide them through life is exactly what this client wanted to portray in this special christening cake design.

The little paper-doll figures represent the village surrounding this sweet little one — family, loved ones and all of the people who will be there to celebrate the milestones, offer guidance, lend a helping hand and, of course, love them endlessly. 🥰

I absolutely loved creating this concept and bringing such a meaningful idea to life in cake form. From the tiniest details to the little figures gathered around the baby, every element was designed to tell a story. ✨

Because while the cake is meant to celebrate one very special day, the sentiment behind it is something that lasts a lifetime:

It really does take a village. 💛

I met Sydney while working a wedding show a couple of years ago now, and I’m so happy to have had the chance to get to know this lovely woman since then. 🤍

Having a wedding planner choose you to create her own wedding cake is a pretty special compliment. She works alongside so many talented vendors and knows the best of the best, so being trusted with such an important part of her own wedding day means a lot. 😊🎂
