A 2 layer chocolate cake with a hint of peppermint in the icing! This birthday girl likes tulips and peonies. Her favorite colors are pink and blue and she LOVES flowers! I hope i did it justice!

It’s that time again for another giveaway!

In honor of Father’s Day, I am giving away a carrot cake. My Dad loves carrot cake and is the inspiration behind this.

A cake made with shredded carrots and just the right amount of spice, 2 layers cake with a thick layer of cream cheese icing and walnuts mixed in. Topped with another thick layer of cream cheese with more walnuts on top and coconut sprinked on!
