As our last day comes closer, our cold case and smoother menu gets smaller.
BUT! I dooooo have a bunch of banana bread for sale! By the slice OR by the loaf!
Today we have a *hint* of cinnamon and peanut butter!

It is with great sadness (and months of deep thought and hard decisions) that we announce the closing of our little bakery and smoothie bar. Our last day open will be September 26th.
I want to thank every single person who has supported me on this journey. To every person who came by just to chat, to buy a few goodies or a smoothie, sharing my page, photos and videos, allowing me to be a part of your celebrations with creative cakes and cupcakes, helping me along the way with literally anything to do with the café - I love and appreciate every single one of you.

It's not easy letting go of your 'baby', something you fought so hard to get and keep. A lot of small businesses are trying so hard to keep going and to keep everyone well fed with delicious food, treats and drinks. Keep supporting them! Keep loving them! Keep sharing them! I may not have been able to save my little business, but we can help our neighbours keep theirs.

(I hope to see you guys over the next 2 weeks for a goodbye hug!)

Edible cookie dough deliciousness 😍

I've been getting a LOT of the same question: What makes it edible?

Raw flour contains e-coli and other bacteria that can make you sick! Raw eggs can also contain salmonella, which is also super jot great.
So! I heat treated the flour to bake off anything that might be -aLiVe- in the flour and use oat milk to make it creamy and smooth!

Two things:

Anndd. And -_- my supplier for cocoa powder has been shorted for several weeks now. I'll be on the hunt for the same quality (and price!) But it may take me some time. Several items will be affected by this (the Mocha Wake-up! And Choccy PB smoothie, my beloved brownies, and chocolate cupcakes, etc).
I'll be sure to post an update as soon as I can restock these items!
