Crumbs Cookies & Creamery Two girls who make an unreasonable amount of cookies. Hello everyone and welcome to Crumbs Bakery! Who are we? What we do! Find us at your local markets!

We are Amber Nicholauson and Drew Mowat and have been cooking and baking for the last 6 years. We graduated in 2021 from the Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts in Brandon. After building our portfolios and working in the industry we have decided to share our love for baking with you! We are baking our way towards a store front by offering a wide variety of large 4 oz Jumbo cookies!

Why choose between cookies and pie when you can have both!!

🍂PUMPKIN — A fluffy sugar cookie filled with spiced pumpkin pie filling.

🍎 APPLE — A sugar cookie base filled with spiced apple filling and topped with a lattice inspired pastry crust. Best served warmed with ice cream!

🤎PECAN — A fluffy sugar cookie with a gooey pecan centre.

Three pies. Three cookies. One very difficult decision.

IT’S BACK.

The cookie you ask us about all year long has officially returned.

Our Apple Pie cookie starts with a soft sugar cookie base, gets topped with our homemade apple pie filling, and is finished with a lattice pie pastry crust. Basically, we took everything you love about a classic apple pie and turned it into a cookie.
