Good Day Everyone,

Since July 24th we have been experiencing intermittent internet service at the shop. We call Comwave Networks and Bell Canada almost every day to let them know it is still not working.

We are not ignoring you. We just can’t get into our Google Drive, or emails. And we never know when it is working or not until we need to use it. We are doing all we can do besides getting a new provider which is our next step.

We appreciate your patience. We will get back to people when we are in Wi-Fi or offsite when we have time.

Can you see the difference? 👁️ 👀

We appreciate everyone’s eagerness to buy our products!! It was another great weekend.

But we also need the time to set up and get ready for you all. It is super hot in here and we would love to have the door open, but every time we do open people walk right past the signs and come in. Every person that comes in early and just wants “one thing” takes us away from getting set up. To you guys it’s not a big deal. But to us we feel rushed and unorganized.
Our hours have not changed in the last 8ish years. We have these hours for a practical business reason that people may not understand or care about, but to us it makes perfect business sense.

Hope everyone had a great long weekend.

What an amazing couple weeks.
In the last 2 weeks we have done 13 various caterings, served hundreds and hundreds of very happy people and some very unhappy people. But our team has been doing a great job. 👏 we are super proud of them all.

Just wanted to post our bread menu. Pizza menu and our hours.
Remember we are an artisan shop. We only have so much room in our fridge for our traditional sourdough fermentation so we can only make so much. On average we are doing 200 🍕 doughs a day and between 125-175 loaves of bread , depending on the vessels we use for baking.
If you can preorder your bread 🥖 , pizza🍕 dough and all other baked goods to avoid disappointment it would be greatly appreciated!!

What a great time of year to have a farm stand from Eat Local Muskoka at the oven!! So looking forward to having this for the next month or so!!

Went to Muskoka Pride festival today in Bracebridge to pick up a new flag for the shop and end up with some amazing stain glass pieces. Can’t wait to hang it up!!
