Went for the cookies (cookiefestcanada), and came home with something entirely different😬🫣.

First time popping! And it came with so many growing pains, burned half of my chocolate and had to call in an emergency favour, but the end results were delicious regardless. And the smile on the newly 12yr old’s face made it all worth it!

This is your reminder that we all start somewhere! Try something new this year, you may just surprise yourself!

Thanks daisymakes_innovations and thesweet.treatbox for giving me something new to fill my oodles and oodles of spare time with🤣🤣

It’s ok if you don’t believe that I decorated these. I barely believe it myself🤭🤣

Thank you to the lovely Renee Terry for sharing not only her incredible decorating knowledge at CookieFest Canada, but also her inspirational story to close out the weekend💗 So grateful to be challenged by such strong women in the industry and to know that beyond the cookies, this is such a beautiful community to be a part of.

Last weekend I had the incredible privilege to attend the 2nd annual CookieFest Canada! Three jam-packed days, surrounded by 350 other cookie-loving creators. I reunited with some incredible friends I made last year, connected with some amazing new friends, and got to talk non-stop “cookies” to someone other than the ever-so-patient Mr. Cookie.🤣

Having the opportunity to learn from some of North America’s leading cookie artists and business women in the industry is an experience I am forever grateful for! I left the weekend challenged, inspired, and excited for the cookie season ahead!!
