Prairie Toons Orchard & Bakery Celebrating 100 years of family farming, we honour our roots with sustainable agriculture, ethical livestock raising and farm fresh food.

Join us as we nurture the land, create wholesome food and carry our family's legacy forward. We also have alpacas, chickens, peacocks, three dogs and a number of cats on our farm. Our chickens are free-range, grain fed and provide us with eggs. Our peacocks are free-range as well, and provide us with beautiful feathers. Our alpacas share with us their fleeces which are sheared annually in the spring here on our farm and this is turn is made into many different products, including cozy socks!

Customer Favourite and my kids’ absolute favourite soup as well - Loaded Baked Potato!!

Made with farm potatoes and onions … I used Yukon Gold in the soup today, and a bunch of my yellow onions as well. This soup is super creamy and flavourful! Top your bowl with some shredded cheese, bacon bits and green onion if you choose too!

Sold in the frozen 1L size.

Creamy Garden Tomato Soup - tons of garden tomatoes went into this soup!! 48 cups of chopped garden tomatoes, along with garden onions and basil, plus celery and carrots created 14 L of delicious soup, jammed packed with antioxidants - that’s approximately 3.4 cups of tomatoes per litre of soup!

Sold by the frozen 1L - just heat and serve. We personally love topping our bowls of soup with croutons and a bit of Parmesan cheese.

Freshly pinched perogies today, using our very own purple Viking potatoes!! This potato cheese filling is so tasty I couldn’t finish eating it it right out of the pot!!! And, it’s even better inside the Perogy!!! We had to make more for this upcoming Thanksgiving market on Saturday, as our amazing customers bought SO many bags last weekend!!!

And…. We foresee a lot more Perogy pinching days in the super near future to prepare for the Christmas season!

We have lots more potatoes to dig up and a whole bunch available for purchase. $1/lb unwashed. We can weigh them out to however many pounds you may be needing.

ALL the fixing for a Fabulous tasting soup!! This is Smokey Corn Chowder - garden potatoes, onions and a bit of Jalapeño’s for some warmth, along with a whole bunch of corn, spices, milk and bacon.

Definitely one you wanna go back for seconds.

Makes a yummy topping for your hotdogs, burgers, nachos, quesadillas, pulled pork, grilled cheese, pizza, taco bowls, tuna salads …

AND…. You can also use the syrups for glazing meats, drizzle over pizza, add to baked beans, chicken wings, devilled eggs, mix with mayo to use as burger topping.
