Christmas Cookie Order Form

Please complete the order by Sunday, December 7th. A confirmation message, with payment and pick up details, will be sent out by December 10th. Cookies can be picked up Wednesday, December 17th from 4:00-7:00pm and Friday December 19th from 4:00-7:00pm.

C - Set of 6 minis (packed in a gift box) $15
D - Dozen cookies w/ Santa $45
E - Dozen cookies w/ Gingerbread Boy $45
F - 3 cookie gift set w/ Santa $15
G - 3 cookie gift set with Gingerbread Boy $15

12 Days of Cookies set will be available starting Sunday, Dec 8th.
All other cookies will be available for pick up Saturday, Dec 14th.
