Croissant braids are unreal - smell like a croissant, crispy buttery exterior like a croissant, soft and fluffy inside like sandwich bread.

The Tambo Store is loaded this morning with raspberry white chocolate
French toast cups and tins, sourdough English muffins, a few sourdough loaves and toasted sesame bagels!

What do you do when you have a failure?

You adapt, overcome and create!

6 croissant loaves that didn’t quite turn out how I expected got transformed into these delicious little beauties.

Raspberry white chocolate French toast cups in 5oz and 16oz sizes!

Rich white chocolate chips, tangy raspberries and a lightly sweetened cinnamon vanilla egg mixture combine for the perfect bit of satisfaction. Topped with a vanilla glaze!

Headed to The Tambo Store this morning:

Sourdough S’mores bread pudding - this stuff if riiiiiiich! Best served heated with a dollop of lightly sweetened whipped cream or your favourite ice cream

• Sourdough loaves (cinnamon raisin, seeded and plain)
• Huuuuuuuge cheesy garlic butter pull apart rolls. Throw em in your oven ahead of supper at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Excellent vessel for dipping in chili, soup, spaghetti sauce or just cram em in the facial opening!

As this was a recipe development based on a suggested flavour- this is the third batch I made today with the best result.

So! they don’t all look the same but they’re all sourdough s’mores and will be available at The Tambo Store and Brynn's Fresh Market Rossmore tomorrow!

This week for I’m going to roll with Sourdough S’mores Smuffins - Dana Westerveld’s suggestion!

As an aside - Josh Logan suggested S’Mores bagels last week prior to the launch so I’m going to do those on Wednesday for The Tambo Store as well!

Looking forward to some delicious creations! New contest launches Monday. If you don’t get chosen, feel free to re-submit the same options or new ones as often as you wish!
