It’s been a minute! And by minute I mean some months!

EOcookieco took a quick back seat (along with everything else in our lives) early in the year when my middle son was undergoing some pretty serious health struggles. Sadly I had to say no to incoming orders and baked only for close family and friends. We’ve been settling in to our new normal as a family for the past few months and life is seeming to fall back into a reliable routine!

There’s now a cookie and cupcake sized hole in my heart… SO I’m going to open up some custom ordering space in my calendar for June-August 💜
