Made a lovely birthday cake for my boyfriend’s mother, Rita 💖🎀
It’s a three layered carrot cake with pineapple and warm spices. Two icings, a vanilla bean cream cheese frosting and a spiced almond buttercream. In between the layers, there is also a burnt orange caramel with homemade toffee bits, sprinkled with a little sea salt. Everything is completely gluten free and lactose free.

Adorned with gold leaf, lustre dust, hand piped flowers, pink pearls, pink ribbon bows and butterflies 🦋
