The creation of chocolate was my hobby, when I lived in Europe, my products were known from local Christmas markets. I studied chocolate making such as filled bonbons, truffles, pralines or chocolate bars from renowned masters of Szamos Marcipán in Hungary. I make the recipes for my homemade stuffed candies according to my own imagination, to your delight. Now, here is the time more people get to know and enjoy my chocolates in Canada as well. I’ve been baking cakes since I was a little girl, which I learned from my grandmother, mother, and my own good or bad experiences. Learning is still going on, as development never stops. I am constantly enriching my knowledge with new techniques, materials and methods. More than two years ago, since we switched to the Keto diet, I also have been introduced to gluten-free and sugar-free cuisine and have been making remorse-free delicacies, based on my own recipes as well which you can find at . Although, to be honest, I fight against carbs nor am I a believer in excessive consumption of sweets either, but I believe that a tiny bit of treats from a special, unique and the best quality chocolate or cake is enough to make us a little happier and more satisfied every day. The quality of my products is given by the quality of the ingredients used, such as the high quality Belgian chocolates, or I use butter for baking and not margarine.
