Setting up today and the donuts are getting ready!! We have sourdough galore in the shape of scones, ciabatta buns, two small loaves, garlic rosemary focaccia that loafed and cinnamon buns along side our traditional breads bannock and donuts 🍩!!! Located by Sam's pizza at the Barriere Farmers market from 10-1 pm today May 28th!! Come get a taste before we are away the beginning of June.

Setting up at the Barriere Farmers market again this Thursday May 28th from 10am-1pm next to Sam's pizza.. catch us this week because we will not be able to attend the Market or fill orders for the first week of June and depending of the circumstances possibly the second week of June :)

I have been meticulously feeding my century-old San Francisco sourdough starter, which has consistently impressed me with its performance during feedings. I will share videos of this process, featuring my starter named "Millie"

The discard recipe I tried did not disappoint, thanks to the careful nurturing of my starter. These discard Cinnamon rolls are unbelievable.

As I embark on this sourdough journey, I will begin with precise recipes to hone my skills, starting with smaller projects before progressing to artisanal loaves. I request your patience as I strive to perfect my craft, ensuring that every item meets the highest standards of quality. Recently searched and found a source for some unique sourdough starter.. low and behold I was able to procure a beautiful sourdough starter that is over a century old .. and from San Francisco... So today it is featured in our variety packs as a sample chocolate chip cookie... Available soon in loaves, focaccia, scones and more.. our menu has core items that remain but vary each week in flavors.. each week we offer a unique set of variety packs, breads , donuts and bannock!
