Nothing beats a warm fudgey a Brownie!

Well maybe a Warm Fudgy Mint Brownie served with Vanilla Ice cream 😳

Let’s just say the our mint plant has been going a little crazy and you can only make so much Mint extract.

So today we whipped together a Fresh Mint and Dark Chocolate Brownie and we are obsessed! 😍

Fresh from the bushes to the table ❤️

Spent the little bit of time we didn’t have rain today picking Haskap Berries and being personally victimized by unnaturally big Mosquitoes 😅

But it was 100% worth it for these.
Freshly Baked Tart base, topped with fresh Custard and Haskap Compote.
It’s a perfect balanced dessert!

It’s been a while we know. Honestly, things have been a bit crazy over here🤯
But we’re back at it and trying some fun new things in the next couple weeks!

Kicking it off are these Micro MiniEgg Bars
This bar starts with a mini egg cookie base, topped with our Freshly Made Caramel and topped with semi sweet chocolate swirled with white chocolate, and finished with more mini eggs.

They are the perfect blend of sweet, salty, chewy and chocolatey 🥰🍪
