Led by Robert, a professional Chef trained and certified in Switzerland; our boys prep, cook, bake and ser

ve; and Lori works to orchestrate enjoyable SWISS BEAR visits. Take-out service spring to fall is provided from our Schnitzel Express food truck, and through our main building in the winter. Without dine-in and full facilities since covid, we continue to work through unstable supply availability and rising costs, staff shortages, etc. Daily, we get as prepared for service in advance as can be, offering as much menu variety as possible; with as much staff, equipment, space and ingredients available. Within minutes, our parking lot can fill up, creating line ups, and the volume of orders increases very rapidly. Our mission with every order is to prepare and serve quality food, as quickly as possible. Whether you live or cottage nearby, or are travelling through this beautiful area, it is truly a privilege for our family and team to be part of your adventures!

Summer ☀️ service from the food truck with garden patio continues on in this beautiful weather! Thank you to all who stopped by this weekend!! 🤩

Olivier and Joe had an amazing invitation to go climb mountains 🏔️ in Colorado! Olivier’s wife Kelsey (married June 13!! 😊❤️) came up to work the weekend with us and was a super great help! Lucy grooved on grill 😎 and Rosemary jazzed up🎷 meals! Robert continued with mega prep and stepped in to help at the truck when super busy 😃!

Lots of smiles 😄 and cutie 🐾 furry family members 🐕!! And bees (can you spot one in one of the flowery pics) and butterflies…

Meals in a box… Polish Schnitzel with sauerkraut or a Jazzy Salad with coleslaw and sauerkraut and stewed apples on the side 😋!

Great summer weather ☀️🌺 🐝 continues on the Swiss Bear patio!!

Ice Cream! Caterpillars and butterflies 🦋 in the flowers and warm sunshine!! Happy families and the chihuahua gang 🐾😃!!

Enjoy some tasty Pierogi sautéed in garlic butter with onions or a Sirloin Burger with cheddar, as is or jazzed up… and with fries or poutine 😋!!

🎉🥳 Season 18!! Huge thank you everyone!!

You guys are awesome 👏 😎!! We are so thankful for the busy summer 🌺 season!!

Kids… You guys rock! You know who you are 🤩 you are unfiltered and honest, your thumbs up and big smiles; enjoying fries and poutine and ice cream, but also schnitzel and pierogi; I love it 🥰!! So glad you enjoy and so thankful to be part of your summer adventures!!

Shout out to the grown ups… 😀 thank you for choosing to stop by our place… on your own, with family, and with friends!! Super appreciate your patience during very busy service times. Quality and consistency are paramount; and when the volume of orders quickly and significantly skyrocket 🚀, wait times increase; so thank you 🙏!! You are all such blessings!!

So cool meeting all you awesome people; families and kids 😎 and some with your furry friends (these two dogs 🐕 looking like distant cousins 🙂), some with travel table cloths making a personalized feel, others in splashy summery shirts… and from afar… Nova Scotia 👍 (amazing place!)!!

And our Swiss Bear crew rocks… 🤩 full of energy and smiles from beginning to end of shifts and everything in between!! You are great 👍!!
