ve; and Lori works to orchestrate enjoyable SWISS BEAR visits. Take-out service spring to fall is provided from our Schnitzel Express food truck, and through our main building in the winter. Without dine-in and full facilities since covid, we continue to work through unstable supply availability and rising costs, staff shortages, etc. Daily, we get as prepared for service in advance as can be, offering as much menu variety as possible; with as much staff, equipment, space and ingredients available. Within minutes, our parking lot can fill up, creating line ups, and the volume of orders increases very rapidly. Our mission with every order is to prepare and serve quality food, as quickly as possible. Whether you live or cottage nearby, or are travelling through this beautiful area, it is truly a privilege for our family and team to be part of your adventures!
