A special cake, for a special mom who went back to school to get her masters and exceeded all expectations! She managed to get mostly A+’s in all of her courses, ALL while raising FIVE children. Truly incredible. I am honoured to have been able to make this cake in celebration of her accomplishment.

The Cake: Vanilla & Raspberries - Vanilla sponge cake, with a raspberry reduction in between layers with vanilla Italian meringue butter cream. Topped with a black buttercream A, red painted fondant “+”, and fresh raspberries.
