Deep purple semi-fault line cake. 6 inch 2 layer torted vanilla sponge with whipped cream and dulce de leche filling, and crushed caramel for texture. Outside is covered in a hybrid cream cheese buttercream. All florals are thoroughly washed and stems wrapped in floral tape.

Pastel colours, ombré gradient, under the sea themed cake. Two “tall” tiers for a more modern look. Bottom tier is 7 inches diameter containing my moist chocolate sponge filled with chocolate mousse and ganache. The top tier is 5 inches diameter containing vanilla sponge and a fresh strawberry and whipped cream filling. Cake is covered in buttercream using only high quality real butter and real vanilla bean.

Same day turnaround on this last minute order, from bake to cake in less than 8 hours, and still entirely homemade! Cake is a 4 layer, 7 inch torted cookies and cream sponge, with cream cheese, orea and vanilla bean buttercream filling.

Bottom tier is an 8 in, two layer torted espresso sponge with marscapone and vanilla bean buttercream. Top tier is a 6 inch eggless vanilla sponge, with raspberry and vanilla bean Russian buttercream.

Two tier semi-naked cake. Top tier is a two layer 6 inch torted vanilla bean sponge with vanilla bean whipped cream buttercream. The bottom tier is two layer 8 inch torted espresso sponge with marscapone whipped cream buttercream, and almond biscotti crumbled inside between layers with espresso powder sprinkled before each layer. The coffee cup is a cupcake. The almond biscotti was homemade.

Dusty rose fault line cake with real 24K edible gold deckled edge. Consisting of two, 6 inch round marble sponges, torted (4 layers in total) with a snickers and caramel buttercream using real vanilla bean throughout. If you can imagine it, I can create it!
