This cake was for a very special girl, my daughter Sarah who turned 18. The plan was to take a trip to Paris to celebrate this special year. Since we couldn't go, due to the pandemic, I decided we could imagine sitting at this cafe enjoying some special dessert. This cake, was also a money cake btw...she loved it of course.

An icecream cake to celebrate my neice's birthday... when i asked my mom what type of cake she'd like for her birthday her reply was , let's do an icecream cake to celebrate Breanna's birthday since that was what she wanted as a present back in January. We couldn't celebrate with her because we went on lockdown two days prior. So better late than never..a mermaid icecream cake!
