Hey everyone! 👋

First off, I wanted to apologize for being a little MIA here on Facebook.

As Baked by Jace continues to grow, most of that growth has been happening over on Instagram, so that’s where I’ve been focusing a lot of my time and content lately. Because of that, many of my market updates, menu launches, behind-the-scenes content, and bakery announcements are currently being shared there first.

May is Celiac Awareness Month 💚

Celiac disease isn’t a trend or a preference.
It’s an autoimmune condition that affects how the body responds to gluten, and even small amounts can cause real harm.

In Canada, about 1 in 100 people are affected, and there are over 200 possible symptoms. A lot of people are still undiagnosed, which is why awareness matters.

Not every struggle is visible. Not every reaction looks the same.
But for those living with it, it’s something they manage every single day.

As someone who is gluten-free myself, this is something I care deeply about 🤍
