The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of customer service experience and be capable of taking the initiative required for working in a close team environment. The ideal candidate would also be personable and engage in relationship building with customers as we try hard prioritize customer experience.

Daily tasks and desired characteristics include:
- Serving customers
- Making coffees
- Cleaning cafe
- Washing dishes
- Helping kitchen staff when necessary
- Being organized
