Here's a quick breakdown of how I like to defrost & refresh our sourdough loaves & Foccacia - a simple & easy way to bring back the crunch & warmth without compromising the flavours 🥖🍞💛

will have some loaves in the freezer on Monday, so I figured the timing to share this is just right!
Note: every oven is different, so temperature & timing might vary every so slightly.
