CUMIN - (que-min) is a flowering plant in the parsley family, native from the east Mediterranean to India. Its seeds (each one contained within a fruit, which is dried) are used in the cuisines of many different cultures, in both whole and ground form. Just in case there are any of you out there getting your hopes up about a "happy ending" and the end of your meal. Specializing in cocktail parties, dinner parties, small weddings & family gatherings.

Congratulations Singletree Winery on your official grand opening, and thank you for letting us be a part of your special day!

We served up fresh bbq'd salmon with a lemon dill yogurt sauce, organic spring greens with our tarragon vinegarette, fennel & apple salad with a citrus honey poppyseed dressing; and blueberry cheesecake parfaits for dessert. The perfect summer lunch on a hot and sunny day.

If you're out and about this weekend be sure to stop by and check out their beautiful tasting room and pick yourself up some wonderful local wines (we can personally vouch for ALL of them 😉)
