The last six months of my life have been a dream. I truly will never forget the wonderful friends, mentors and skills that I gained at and I will hold those memories close to my heart 🩷

Looking back at all the pictures and videos from the program (there was A LOT), I relish in the perpetual state of bittersweet. I can't wait to see how my craft grows with time but for now, pastry is taking a secondary role in my life while I pursue my studies in physiotherapy! It's going to be a little quiet on here but I am excited to share any delicious treats I encounter in the beautiful Australia 🦘

Happy birthday to my brother Madhav Sharma This year's theme is Mario which is a fan favorite game in the family!

I really took on the challenge of making a structurally sound cake and working with fondant for the first time! Although there is always room for improvement I am proud to say the head never fell off (yes it has cake in it!) 😂

The head is a foam structure with two slots on the side for some yummy red velvet cake, the stem is purely structural to hold up our friend and the green pipe is decorated fully with buttercream 😋
