After much consideration, Pretty Baked has made the difficult decision to hang up our apron, at least for now. As the owner, I want to take this opportunity to express my profound gratitude to all our loyal customers who have supported us throughout our journey. Serving you and being a part of your special moments and celebrations has truly been a pleasure.
Pretty Baked was born into a niche market through sheer determination and creativity. Like many of you we had to navigate the uncertainties brought about by the global pandemic. We were some of the lucky ones. With our main business, GoFish Belize put on hold for the time-being, we taught ourselves a thing or two about baking and launched Pretty Baked to offer comfort to our community while working hard to ensure we had the necessities to keep on keepin’ on. My family and dearest of friends pitched in, provided unconditional love and found the patience of Job for my baking addiction. The challenges and overwhelming moments have been met with boundless rewards. To our local suppliers, grocery stores and everyone else who contributed to our journey, I offer my deepest appreciation. Your support has been invaluable, and we could not have done it without all of you.
The skills, insights, and resilience gained through this experience will continue to fuel our journey. GoFish Belize is back in full-swing and as we turn our focus to its success, we look forward to seeing what is in store for our next big adventure.
While this is a bittersweet moment for us, the memories and connections we have made will last a lifetime. Thank you for being a part of the Pretty Baked family. We wish the best for you in 2024.
