Torti-Benque was started in November, 2014 by the Manzanero Family as a family oriented business. Corn tortillas and and corn dough (masa) is a staple of the local community, hence
Torti-Benque offers unique and savoury tortillas. Corn dough (masa) for traditional people who like to make their own tortillas on the griddle (comal). Torti-Benque use only the freshest corn and ingredients from local produce markets and make its own corn dough in-house. Torti-Benque also do special orders for any personal or private party, quince años, wedding, business, etc based on request.
