Location:
Belize City at a new Bakery/Coffee shop

JOB SUMMARY
Accountable for the quality, consistency and production of the kitchen. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Coordinates menus, purchasing, and food preparation. Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures. Helps plan and implement seasonal menus. Works well with a team. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Develops and trains team to improve results.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
At minimum High School Diploma and at least five years in related culinary field.

Salary will commensurate on experience and qualification
