SugarMama's - Bahamas Home Baking Business

I have loved baking since I was about 6 years old and I remember my first cookbook was The Pooh Cook Book (Winnie the Pooh!) which got me hooked! I have spent many years researching, experimenting and constantly learning all the facets of this challenging science and I am finally now able to indulge my passion and make baking my daily work. Strangely enough I don't have much of a sweet tooth but

that has not hindered me in this journey and lucky for me there seems to be no shortage of willing testers who help me to hone my craft. I believe that quality ingredients will ensure a quality product and, although decoration is important too, I believe in keeping it simple (less really can be more!) and letting the taste and texture shine through.
