Fresh bread, smaller batches, and a pickup rhythm that keeps things simple 🤎🥖

Sourdough by AJ Porch Pickup is happening every 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month here in Aurora, CO!

I created my mini loaves because I know the struggle of buying a big fresh loaf, trying to keep up with it, and then ending up needing to freeze the rest. Mini loaves are a great way to enjoy fresh sourdough with less waste and less pressure.

That cheddar + jalapeño bulk ferment sound though… 😮‍💨🔥

There’s something so satisfying about fresh sourdough dough when it’s alive, bubbly, stretchy, and packed with cheesy, spicy goodness. The ASMR is almost as good as the bake.

Jalapeño Cheddar mini loaves are on the way — scary good rise, melty cheese pockets, and just the right kick. 🌶️🧀
