It is always sad to say goodbye. Not for the want of trying, today is the last day that Phoenix Cafe and Bakery is open to the public. Niki and Orlina have worked hard to keep the cafe open.
On behalf of the trustees of Phoenix Inspire I wish both Niki and Orlina every success in the future. We stayed open longer than anyone believed we would. As the saying goes, one door closes as one opens. A sad day. M

The Borovitsa wine tasting event on Friday November 3rd has moved from PC&B to Chefs Family Bar Kitchen from 6.30pm. We will be using the new part of the venue. Price including canapes 12.50 Lv

Advanced warning for a very special event that will be held on Friday November 3rd November. An International Wine Tasting evening to celebrate the harvest and production of wines from Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania. This is a ticket only event and numbers are limited. More news soon about price and how you can purchase tickets. If you wish to reserve tickets in advance please email [email protected]. We know that the award winning vineyard of Borovitsa will be on show. According to feedback, this year's harvest is very good. Is this the first of its kind in Vidin???

Hand crafted traditional pork pies. Hot water paste, the only way. Minced pork with smoked bacon and carefully seasoned. Baked and topped up with jelly. Go on treat yourself.

After the success of last night's double celebration party, one of the guests suggested a Saturday Karaoke Night!!!!
