💡 E-vignettes - Партньорите разработват практически примери за приобщаващи политики и практики.
🛠️ Технологични bootcamp – В ход са подготовките за реализиране на коучинг цикли и местни работилници, които дават възможности на млади жени на възраст 10-22 години.
🤝 Европейска мрежа - Нашата виртуална мрежа, обединяваща различни индустрии в ЕС, продължава да се разширява и да укрепва връзките между образованието и пазара на труда.

Заедно изграждаме практически инструменти и възможности, които подкрепят по-разнообразни и приобщаващи пътища към STEM.

Driving Inclusion in STEM: Key Progress from the STEAM Coach M17 Meeting

Yesterday, the STEAM Coach consortium came together online to review progress and shape the next steps of our mission to make STEM education and careers more inclusive across Europe. 🌍

Here are some highlights from the meeting:

🎥 Multimedia Campaign – Inspiring video interviews on gender diversity in technology are being finalised and will soon be shared.
📢 Dissemination – New newsletters and opinion articles are ready and will be published on the Learning Hub.
💡 E-vignettes – Partners are developing practical examples of inclusive policies and practices.
🛠️ Tech Bootcamps – Preparations are underway to implement coaching cycles and local workshops empowering young women aged 10–22.
🤝 Networking – Our EU cross-industry virtual network continues to grow, strengthening connections between education and the labour market.

Together, we are building practical tools and opportunities that support more diverse and inclusive pathways into STEM.

📍 February 18, 2026 - STEAM Coach Project Partners Continue Building Momentum

On February 18, the STEAM Coach Project partners came together online to advance ongoing activities and coordinate the next implementation steps - strengthening their shared mission to foster inclusive and gender-balanced STEM pathways in TVET. 💻🌍👩‍🔬

During the meeting, they:
✅ Reviewed progress across work packages and aligned on upcoming deliverables
✅ Further refined the structure and timeline of the upcoming tech bootcamps
✅ Coordinated the launch of the first coaching cycles supporting girls and women in STEM-related TVET fields
✅ Advanced the development of their cross-industry virtual network connecting education providers, VET institutions, and industry representatives
✅ Continued shaping the multimedia campaign promoting gender diversity and equal opportunities in STEM

📍 December 17, 2025 – STEAM Coach Project Online Meeting

The STEAM Coach Project partners met online to reflect on project progress and take an important step toward strengthening collaboration for inclusive STEM pathways in TVET. 💻🌍👩‍🔬

During the meeting, we:
✅ Reviewed the overall progress of the project and key milestones achieved so far
✅ Took part in an interactive online workshop focused on one of the next strategic steps:

📍From 14–16 October 2025, the STEAM Coach Project partners came together in Yecla, Spain 🇪🇸, for a three-day Capacity Building Event hosted by AMUEBLA – the Cluster of Innovation for Furniture Manufacturers in the Region of Murcia. This meeting marked another key milestone in strengthening collaboration, innovation, and inclusion across the project.

🛠️ Over the course of the event, partners engaged in interactive workshops and peer sessions to pilot the STEAM Coach Methodology and CPD Programme, focusing on gender-sensitive coaching, inclusive leadership, and educational outreach to empower girls and women in STEM. From exploring cultural competence to exchanging feedback on practical tools, the sessions provided rich opportunities to test, refine, and co-create impactful learning materials.

✨ The meeting concluded with forward-looking planning, evaluation, and a shared commitment to driving systemic change in STEM and TVET education across Europe. The team of the project STEAM COACH: STEAM coaching to counteract women’s underrepresentation in STEM-related TVET careers and professions has started its journey together.

The project aims to advance a STEAM coaching model to overcome barriers and enhance female participation, performance, and retention in STEM-related TVET. It also seeks to foster gender-inclusive career paths and establish a European network for skills development and retention in STEM fields.

The STEAM COACH project activities include developing the STEAM Coach methodology, creating a CPDP programme for organisational leaders, organising tech bootcamps, facilitating coaching cycles, establishing a cross-industry virtual network involved in skills development, learning opportunities, career transition and retention of girls and women in STEM-related TVET fields, and running multimedia campaigns to raise awareness about the importance of gender diversity in STEM fields.

The project will be implemented by the coordinator Brainport Eindhoven, the Netherlands, together with Bimec, Bulgaria, Mindshift, Portugal, Internationaler Bund, Germany, and AMUEBLA Agrupacion Empresarial Innovadora de Fabricantes de Muebles y
Afines de la Region De Murcia, Spain.
