Final cake of the week before going on a short weekend break! Love making cakes for friends but I think having to make an L.F.C. cake was a step to far 😂 S.A.F.C forever 😂😂

To go with the Liverpool theme the sponge of this massive cake is red velvet and it is smothered in cream cheese frosting.

Simply decorated with a rainbow and chocolate surprise inside! While people were cooking in the Belgium heat yesterday I was baking a special birthday surprise 🌈

Update - all cupcakes went this morning, for those that missed out I will definitely do it again soon 😊
