How am I already posting about Valentine’s Day? 🥴

Maybe it’s because I’ve been sitting the whole month of January on a chair and studied the month away. Probably so 😂

Anywho…I’m excited to be making something for Valentine’s Day this year. Although I’m not a huge fan of this day (yes, it’s *cliché*), I see it with different eyes now.

It’s not just about showing love to your partner on that day. It’s just about love and what the world would be without it. Show love to your parents, sibling(s), yourself, your colleagues, your neighbors…there’s so much to be thankful for and I believe that’s what it’s all about.

Regardless of who you’re celebrating on this day…it’s also always nice to have an excuse to get sweets, right? 🤪

🎄27 days until Christmas🎄

Ever since I could reason, Christmas has been my favorite season. I love the warmth of events that bring everyone together. It’s a great time to be grateful for what and who we have in our lives.

I’m grateful for my family, for my health and for you who is reading this caption ❤️

I haven’t always been confident. I believe it’s a battle we fight every single day. I don’t have the confidence that my life will play out as I want, I don’t have the confidence to say “in two years, I will be in X place”.

However, I will always be ready to try, ready to learn from my mistakes, ready for whatever lesson comes my way. Sometimes we don’t need confidence but just the guts to go out there and see for yourself.

So here I am. Finding the confidence to start this new journey, hoping to find my little spot in this world full of saturation. While I do that I’ll definitely be eating cookies. No doubt about it ☺️🍪

First up is Classic Chocolate Chip cookie. She is soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside. She can have chunky chocolate chips or thinner ones —as pictured—. She’s gets along with coffee ☕️ or just a warm cup of milk 🥛

She will definitely be the talk of the party 😌

I think I fell in love.

Today, during my study breaks, I decided to make cinnamon rolls following .bakes.cakes recipe. I dare to say they’re THE BEST I have ever tried 🤤

I wish you could smell it and taste it. I don’t even have words. It’s fluffy, moist, flavorful…just wow.

I remember the first time I ever had one, during my exchange year in Montana 🇺🇸. The only difference is that a cinnamon roll there was the size of four little ones combined 😂 And they served it with extra butter 🧐

I’m so happy I could reminisce those awesome times with this treat ☺️
