Meet Liam, our new Chef Pâtissier!

Liam has been part of our atelier for several years as a student worker/intern, and we’re very happy to see him step into his new role.

He once competed as an aspiring baker in an international competition in Latvia, with participants from 16 countries — and came home with a very respectable 4th place. 🇱🇻

When he’s not in the atelier, you’ll probably find him at the gym. He lives nearby in Mortsel and is looking forward to bringing his own ideas and creativity to our pastry counter.

It is made with a 70% mix of grains and seeds, soy, rye, flaxseed and sunflower seeds.

That deep, dark colour? It comes from malt - no colourings or unnecessary additives.
