The founder and owner of this establishment was Late Nabi Box, whose dedication and hard work laid the foundation of our long-standing heritage. After the Liberation War, the bakery unfortunately had to close due to several unavoidable challenges. In 1990, Md. Shahidul Islam took the initiative to restore and rebuild the organization. A new chapter began in 2003, when Allama Tanvir Shishir, son of Md. Shahidul Islam, took the leadership role in managing the organization. With his wisdom, insight, and modern business acumen, he has been guiding Shishir Bakery towards continuous development. Under his supervision, the bakery has expanded its product quality, upgraded its production standards, adapted to new technologies, and strengthened customer satisfaction. Today, under the direction of Allama Tanvir Shishir, Shishir Bakery and Confectionery is moving forward with renewed energy and ambition.
