baked bites

So I recently made brownies for a my children's school fair and suddenly thought I should seriously consider getting back to regular baking. It's been a long time since I have taken orders (except the exclusive customer ones). I also don't know if the algo will promote this post to people who are on the followers list.

I'm considering coming back slowly (given my current work commitments) and thinking of taking confirmed pre-orders for the weekend and only for brownies. Hopefully i'll be able to do cheesecakes and other baked cakes once I'm adjusted to the time requirements and number of requests.

From my memories. The first time I participated in a lifestyle fair. It was a small one, and as I was a new baker, it was like a place where I could publicise the stuff I baked.
