Ensaymada is a lightly sweet and creamy bun often called Filipino style brioche of Spanish origin.

It is basically a sweet soft dough , rich in butter, egg yolks and cheese.

My version is topped with melt in the mouth buttercream and heaps of shredded cheddar cheese.

They are individually packed to retain freshness.
