I loved exploring restaurants once. Back in university, I loved discovering new places and trying new food. Suddenly, the pandemic happened in 2020, and I got stuck at home due to the lockdown.
But my food exploration never stopped. I started experimenting with new recipes, and that’s when something new joined my food journey… photography! 📸
I didn’t have any setup, no fancy props, just used anything close to my hand that could complement the food 🧂.
This photo was taken during Ramadan, 2020. No stylish bowls, no lighting setup, just the spices used to cook the haleem and a charger light that I asked my maa to hold for me 😅.
Somehow, the result turned out surprisingly good. Sometimes, creativity shows up when you least expect it ✨.
