Mango season has already been arrived few months ago, mangoes are ripping but still its not too late to have green mango hurbo/ আম হুরবো/ আম হোরবো, Chakma version of green mango salad.
It's tangy, umami, hot and delicious 🤤
All you need some green 🥭, roasted 🌶️ & roasted shrimp paste & a bowl of 🍚
We can consider it as a chakma snack as many of us would love to have it at afternoon tea-time, specially after waking up from a tummy tight lunch nap!

কোন এক warehouse থেকে বাচ্চাদের বাবা দুনিয়ার cornflakes/cereal, American রঙ ওয়ালা ( American রা এমন artificial রঙ খাইতে পারে আমার জানা ছিল না) drink mix উঠায় নিয়ে বাসা ভর্তি করসে। দেখেই আমার মাথা চক্কর দিয়ে উঠসে এত্তসব আজাইরা জিনিস খাবে কে? ( আমি সারা জীবন ভাত, চাপাটি খাওয়া মানুষ, আমার কাছে এই সব flakes tlakes অবশ্যই আজাইরা জিনিস! )

তো যাই হোক, এই যুগের cereal/flakes খাওয়া বাচ্চারা কয়েকদিন ধরে অতি উৎসাহের সহিত দুধের উপর flakes খেয়ে যাচ্ছে। আমার আবার same recipe দুইবারের বেশি repeat হলে মাথা hang হয়।😑
আর কতদিন!!! বস্তা বস্তা cereal কবে শেষ হবে🙆‍♀️ আজকে একটু বাচ্চাদের উপর দয়া হল। ঐ জিনিসই খাওয়াবো but একটু নতুনভাবে।
Red berry cornflakes ২ কাপ হালকা গুড়া করে নিলাম। ডিম ২টার সাথে red drink mix powder ( যা পানিতে গুলালে লাল চিনি পানি ছাড়া আর কিছুই না।🙄) mix করে beat করলাম যতক্ষন পর্যন্ত চিনি গলে না গিয়ে creamy একটা texture চলে আসছে। সাথে butter, ময়দা, baking powder, অল্প liquid milk আর flakes গুড়া মিশিয়ে muffin বানিয়ে দিলাম।
বাচ্চারা খুব মজা করে খেলো। নাম দিয়েছে "kool-aid red berry cornflakes muffin " 💁‍♀️

বিঃ দ্রঃ cornflakes, cereal, oatmeal যত healthy ই হোক না কেন, packet এ যত vitamin এর level মারা থাকুক না কেন, মনে রাখবেন এটিও প্যাকেটজাত খাবার। না পারতে খাওয়াতে পারেন তবে আমি fresh cooked খাবারে সম্পূর্ণ বিশ্বাসি।
