This week has been a happy baking week in the Sin Ful Indulgence kitchen as we have a new sous chef Ms. Rhea Sanjith my lil 7 year old.

Last weekend we baked for one of our best friend and an aunty Rhea likes Simran Khiatani. My chocolate cake recipe but Rheas version.

Yesterday the Sous Chef and me worked on a prototype of a cake which is a big favorite of Rhea. We had an order for eggless chocolate cake and tks to my friend Jayashri Srinivasan's tried and tested recipe we had it easy. The Barbie cake was envisioned and executed by both of us for a lil friend named Yavanika one of our friends Sridevi Padmanabhans daughter. Hope she enjoys it as much.

April 7th I got a chance to bake for one of the sweetest child in Dhaka ,Rayhan Adhikari . He had no requests other than it needs to be a chocolate cake. I got to rebake one of the cake I baked for my son Rohan a very long time ago. It was a football cake to indulge the football passion of any lil boy who came for the party most importantly the B'day boy. Thanks Ritu for giving me an opportunity to bake this cake🙅🏼😘

This week end has been a delight for the baker in me. My clients had indulged me with orders. The fruit cakes which have been cured , baked and cured for a month again were decorated according to each clients celebration and delivered . There was a lively lil angel Aadyas order for a b'day cake which was executed too with My friend Kaush and given. Yes continue celebrating life with or without Sinful indulgence cakes. Happy Valentine's Day. 🎂🎊🎉

Sin Ful indulgence had the cutest consumers of their goodies today. Life becomes beautiful , when u get a chance to bake for kids . This evening this kitchen was wafting with aroma of double chocolate chip cookies.. We thoroughly enjoy making these souls happy . Thank u Ruchi Chaudhary for giving me this chance. Sin Ful indulgence has some yummy snack options for kids to take to school made in hygienic conditions.

Good morning and a good day.When one of your clients and your dear friend calls you and places an order for a chocolatey chocolate cake and gives you a free hand. Then it's sheer joy at the Sin Ful Indulgence kitchen. We experimented in a new chocolate cake sponge recipe moistened by rum sugar syrup and layered in between by a creamy chocolatey mixture instead of the usual ganache, fudge or butter cream. Then eventually coated generously in pure chocolate ganache made out of the best Swiss chocolate . All this was worthwhile when we got a msg from our client saying" thanks for the awesome and delicious chocolate cake"😊😊😊. Sin Ful indulgence urges you to celebrate life with or without our cakes😜😊

Happy 2016 to all my clients and others who have chkd out my page and liked it. Thanks for the great response I got for my Christmas baking especially the Christmas Kerala fruit cake a recipe from my friend sheila and baked for my friend Devika.
I intend to bake one kilo loaves of this fruit cake and so people who had wanted kindly place your orders and you will get it by February as this cake needs a one month curing of its fruits. Hurry up and order as I have very limited stock. Let this year be yummylicious.😋😋

If my clients are as cute as this and respond this way to our baking then Sin Ful Indulgence kitchen will be ready to bake all days and not just weekends. It's been a hectic and fun week of baking . If it's not for Christmas goodies then our baking in Sin Ful Indulgence kitchen is making a lil friend happy. The Aroma of double chocolate muffins were wafting in air half the day and the rest went in making them look adorable as per our lil B'day boys instructions. We were happy to bring to existence "five nights at Freddy's" in its yummiest form.
