The secret of perfect butter cream

Seeking the key to flawless buttercream? Look no further. Rich and delicious butter enhances the flavour while ensuring creaminess of the butter frosting. Either salted or unsalted, Lurpak can easily be used for the best result.

Firstly, ensure that all the ingredients are brought to room temperature, allowing them to sit outside the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes before use.

Start by whipping the Lurpak butter until it reaches a light and fluffy texture.

Next, add the icing sugar and continue beating.

Mix a small amount of milk or cream while continuing to beat until the mixture becomes smooth.

If the buttercream appears to separate, don't worry; it simply requires more mixing.
