So I can’t keep you waiting all week, the first release is this beautiful macaron Christmas cake. 6 layers of macaron shells with SMBC inbetween. The layers are about 5inch round decorated with more macarons and candy canes.
These will be $70 and can be the centre of your Christmas table. Such an eye catching masterpiece.

LOADED NUTELLA COOKIES!!!

These are a fan favourite, with Brooki bakehouse being in town I decided to get a batch under way, I brought her cook book a few years ago and I have made these cookies into my own with a few adjustments.
Love how these turn out.
I can do many different flavours of loaded cookies, just have to ask and I can do.

Thinking about doing a round of these aswell, who would want some? They are $8 each or get a 6 pack for $40

Macaron baking day today!!!

If I was to run a sample box macaron sale who would be interested?
Would include 12 macarons, 12 different flavours for $30. Get a sample of everything. This is at the price that macarons have been at for the last 2 years. I am thinking I’m needing to raise the price alittle bit to keep them at a price worth making sorry guys.

Pre orders will be open for 2 weeks, closing on the 14th of June and than macarons will be ready for pick up on the 4th or 5th of July from balaklava.
There is no limit to how many I can make order as many as you like but get in quick.
6 flavours will definitely be gluten free but 6 will have added extras that will not be gluten free, if you need it to be totally gluten free please request that in your message.
