Sold out early for this week! Pre-orders have now closed for Friday 26th.
I'm still taking pre-orders for Jalapeño Cheddar for Sat 27th and you can also pre-order an organic traditional sourdough via Alicia’s Organics

I'll be releasing my July menu this weekend but I'll definitely be open the 3rd of July for Seeded 100% rye & other flavours. (Probably cookies too)

What else do you want to see in July? I have pecans.. might try a maple pecan loaf?

Alicia’s Organics has kindly offered to be a pickup point for Sat 27th.
Pickup 🕐 between 9am-12pm

All organic traditional sourdough orders for Sat 27th should be placed directly with Alicia through her page.
All jalapeño Cheddar sourdough orders for Sat 27th can be placed directly with Das Brot and I'll send over the details once your order is confirmed.

Note: I need a minimum of 8 Jalapeño Cheddar loaves to offer the extra day.

Jalapeño Cheddar week has finally come! I'm taking pre-orders online & via messenger now. Dasbrot.com.au

Fenugreek demi loaf is back on the menu too. It's very fragrant and savoury, great with soups or eggs.

I just make the bread guys - I'm no good at photos.

Anyway, posting early this Friday morning because I always forgot to post before 10am.
I had a huge amount of spares last week, so this week I've toned it down. I do have 5 of these multigrain sourdough sandwich loaves available, $8 each. They are so fluffy just baked fresh!

I won't be making vanilla butter sugar biscuits or chocolate chip cookies next week so come and grab one of those if you haven't already tried.

Open today in Wynn Vale, 10am and 2pm. Or contactless pickup 8am-8pm.

I also had a lot of leftover starter, so if you're keen to try and make your own bread its just $2 for 100g.

Are you choosing organic, local and fresh?

Today, Sat 13th June, I've got 5 spare Organic Traditional sourdough loaves heading to Alicia’s Organics in Salisbury East from 9am until 12pm.

First batch came out of the oven at 6am and the second at 7am. Second batch will probably be warm still when I drop off ✨

Made in registered and insured kitchen in Wynn Vale.

So many goodies today!!! Extra sourdough goods available & spare artisan loaves. Come and get some! I spent 13 hours prepping yesterday - so the extra sweets probably won't be back for a while 🫢😜

I'm open today in Wynn Vale, 10am until 2pm. Message or comment for contactless pickup.

More info if you're new here - All sourdough products, all long fermented (including cookies)! No baking powder, added yeast, vinegar... All real butter and sugar in the sandwich breads. No oil ever inside the bread I make - just a little oil to coat the sandwich tins.
Artisan loaves are vegan friendly, in a shared kitchen with allergens.
