✨ New this month: Organic bread drop-offs at Alicia’s Organics ! You can now plan ahead with scheduled drop-off dates throughout the month. Please contact Alicia directly to pre-order your organic loaves.

I've packed as much of my menu into June as possible after several closures earlier this year, so I recommend ordering early to avoid missing out on your favourites.

I added a few extras as I've been struggling to rotate everything each month with so many closures. ( You can all blame my husband for travelling so often :p )

I'll be closed on the 29th so if you want to grab an extra, remember sourdough freezes so well, especially the same day it's baked.

Traditional sourdough out of the mixer vs after one stretch and fold. Gluten is so amazing! 😍

I'll be posting spares tomorrow morning when I know what I've got! I've baked the jumbo sourdough choc chip cookies and they look great! I've made them bigger and worked out how to batch bake them in my stone oven. I've got a few left for pickup tomorrow, $5 each.

PS I'll be dropping off some organic traditional sourdough to Alicia’s Organics Saturday. Fresh, locally made sourdough for Mother's Day this Sunday! 💐
