And yes… we CUT the bag. 😭
Inspired by the gorgeous Songmont aesthetic, this one had everyone doing a double take — right up until the first slice. From the soft leather-look finish and gathered details to the tiny hardware and charms, every detail was made from cake and sugar.
The best part? That swipe ➡️ when you realise what’s actually inside. Organic vanilla chocolate mud cake layered with TSK salted caramel and Callebaut Chocolate

Recreating the iconic Songmont bag — but make it CAKE.

From shaping the soft, slouchy silhouette to adding every tiny leather-inspired detail, this was one of those cakes where I kept asking myself… how do I make icing look like soft leather 😅

The goal: make you look twice before realising it’s completely edible.
