📢 We're Hiring – Production Team Member
🍪Baylies Epicurean Delights 🍪 is looking for a reliable and motivated Production Team Member to join our growing team at our production factory in Woodside, SA.
As part of our production team, you'll help manufacture our premium range of artisan crackers, lavash and biscuits while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety and hygiene.
The role includes:
• Preparing ingredients and following production recipes
• Operating food manufacturing equipment (training provided)
• Manufacturing premium baked products to specification
• Monitoring product quality throughout the production process
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas to food safety standards
• Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily production schedules
We're looking for someone who:
• Is reliable, punctual and has a positive attitude
• Enjoys hands-on work and working in a team
• Can perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and regularly lifting and moving products in accordance with safe manual handling practices
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality food
• Previous food manufacturing or commercial baking experience is desirable but not essential
Employment Details:
📍 Woodside, SA
🕡 Availability between Monday to Friday | 6:30 am – 4 pm
☀️ No weekend work
📄 Casual position
💰 Competitive remuneration in accordance with the Food, Beverage and To***co Manufacturing Award and the National Employment Standards, with higher rates available depending on skills and experience.
