We recently took a trip to the wild side to create this cake for a very lucky little explorer!

With a quad-layer vanilla base, complemented by smooth buttercream icing, the adventure came to life with mini lion, monkey and giraffe figurines, imitation jungle leaves, decorative spheres and a gold card topper.

We then travelled further by adding metallic green and bronze leaves along the sides and shimmering edible gold leaf...
It was a totally wild treat!

We packed four layers of sweet vanilla cake into this one, covered it in a thin layer of buttercream and loaded it up with indulgent, lustre-dusted macarons, mini metallic chocolate bars, Maltesers and a Cadbury chocolate polygonal heart. We then added some fresh florals and a sharp silver topper to deliver on both taste and style.

Starting with a quad-layered chocolate cake covered in white chocolate ganache buttercream, we hand-sculpted edible Bluey and Bingo figures and a PAW Patrol logo from homemade marshmallow fondant, then created the perfect backyard scene with a fondant fence and buttercream grass.

The final touches included Sophia's name made from white chocolate, a yummy chocolate drip and her favourite Paw Patrol toys at the base to bring it all together.
