We love Woodend Farmers Market day! It's our home market and so we always like to bring something extra special for our customers.
This week we'll have our famous sausage rolls in 3 flavours, delicious curried lentil pasties as well as our seasonal Winter warming porridge loaf - like a warm bowl of oatmeal in a loaf - moorishly good with butter and honey!

Of course all of our regular sourdough loaves and pastries refuse to be left out - see you tomorrow at the market - from 9am.

Look, we know that our Beetroot and Hazelnut loaf tastes great no matter what shape she comes in, but we're testing out a few variations and want to know your favourite - round, oval or loaf shapes? In the meantime, we're baking tonight so that you'll be able to get our Bloody Great Sourdough tomorrow at our Woodend popup from 8am and the Torquay Farmers Market . Sweet or savoury 👉? Our danishes are always a hot favourite with our customers and this week we have poached quince with pistachio crumble and pomegranate jewels. Not a sweet tooth? Then our savoury version with caramelised onion is the answer!

You asked for it, so she’s back. Our Chilli, Corn and Cheese loaf is a crowd pleaser on her own, or as part of a cheese board. You’ll find this loaf and more on Saturday at our Woodend popup, and and on Sunday at 🌽🌶️🧀

With Winter nearly upon us, you'll want some comfort food to keep you warm. What could be better than freshly baked sourdough to mop up the gravy of delicious warming stews!

We have such a diverse range of textures and flavours, there is sure to be one that satisfies.

You'll find us on Saturday at our popup from 8am at 37 Urquhart Street in Woodend along with Torquay Farmers Market from 8.30am!

Some of you have been asking about our sausage rolls, so here they are! 3 flavours, all encased with hand made puff - sooo buttery and flaky 😋 Alex will be manning the warmer tomorrow to make sure that you get yours hot out of the oven.

It's the first Saturday of the month, so you know where to find us - at the Woodend Community Farmers' Market from 9am. See you tomorrow!

Woodend folks! Our popup is still open at 39 Urquhart Street, so pop around the corner for some yummy sourdough and maybe an ANZAC cookie or two! Open until 12.

🍅 The last of our locally grown tomatoes have been gently roasted with onions and garlic to go atop flaky danishes filled with creamy, cheesy bechamel and are destined for the markets tomorrow morning & on Sunday along with all of our usual loaves and pastries. The bad news for our sourdough lovers is that this weekend we rest and are taking a break from the bakery. The great news is that we are coming back next weekend refreshed and rejuvenated with 4 markets! We'll be everywhere from Woodend to South Geelong, Riddells Creek to Torquay - see you all then!
