It feels impossible to find the words that I want to write, the words to some up the past 5 years of creating the muffin lady and building it into something even more than I could have imagined.

When I think of my journey, I am so proud and grateful not only for chasing my dream but I am so grateful for my family & friends who supported me & helped me build my muffin empire.

I love being creative,I love food, people & connection I am not only proud of our business but I am more proud of the friendships & connections we have shared and still get to enjoy as we finish up our chapter.

I would like to thank all of our customers for all of your support over the years, weather you were our first customers from day one, the ones we get to see over summer at Cape, our newer customers who visited our Wonthaggi store, & the ones we now call friends.Thank-you.

To our staff, Thank you for seeing my vision & being apart of it.Our shop was always full of laughter while we worked, We were more like a family than anything and I could not have done this without you!!

Georgia & Mum, I am forever grateful to you both, for all of your support & for being whatever I needed at any given time. For being willing to work whenever you could.I have loved that we got to work together sharing our love for baking & cooking.These memories I will forever hold close.

Chels, Thank-you isn’t enough…you believed in me and helped me from day one, you not only helped create such a special & unique foundation in the muffin lady but you continuously stepped in whenever I needed, even before I asked. Thank-you for allowing our entire life to be consumed by the muffin lady for the past 5 years🤭

& of course a shout out to Dave & Deb for not only building our coffee van but for all of your ongoing support over the years.

I had a dream, I chased after it, & we built it and I am beyond proud, I am so thankful to my village for supporting me every step of the way.

Our next chapter of adventure is calling, we are so excited to take off for a little while, wherever that may be🏝️🌏

What an incredible life I get to live.
