One Cake Down exists to create beautifully crafted, custom cakes that feel personal, thoughtful, and unforgettable — designed with care, made from quality ingredients, and delivered with honesty, experience, and heart. I take pride in all cakes I make - if I haven't make the cake that your after, doesn't mean I can't do it - I love a challenge :)))
If I can't make the cake you
r after - I will be honest and tell you, or I will find another decorator for you, but I'm sure that I can make whatever cake you request :)
Please read below for One Cake Down’s information regarding quotes and bookings…. If you have a pic in mind of what your after, please send that through also :))
- Bookings - If you require a cake ASAP, don't be afraid to ask, I may have a spot for you.
- Deposits - cakes will NOT be booked in until a deposit has been received. Deposits must be made within 3 days of quote. Unless we have an agreement, there are no exceptions to this rule :)
- Deliveries - I no longer have delivery as a free service now that I have the shop that you can pick you from. Delivery can still be arranged, at a small fee depending on your location and preferably outside of shop opening hours. (Current Arrangements excluded)
- Sunday / After-hours Pick-Ups - can be arranged by appointment only. As this is my only day off for the week, times for this must be before 10am. Any late pick ups outside of normal business hours will incur a late pick up fee.
- Remember!! Its just little ol' me here, messaging, updating the page, baking, decorating, ordering, single mum of 2 cheeky kids. I do ask for your patience and appreciate it also. Also, if you have requested a quote and decided that you do not want to go ahead with it, please let me know. I work very hard, make all cakes to order, and take the time to decorate the best cake I can give you - so no, I'm not 'cheap' but I'm also not expensive. I know that I may be out of many peoples price range, and I'm sorry about that but I do try and stay competitive and within everyones budget. If you ask for a quote and I am out of your price range or you'd like to get other quotes, please ask for my permission before you use my images.. It's just good manners. Sorry to rant! thank you for all of your support. With out all of you I would not have made it this far to achieve my dream, this year is going to be awesome!!!! Big Love,
